1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

If you place an order on Friday after [12:00 PM], it will likely be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.

During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or new product launches), processing may take an additional day. We will always communicate any significant delays via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (UK)
We ship domestically across the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
5. Packaging & Discretion
We understand that some customers prefer privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging (such as standard jiffy bags or cardboard boxes) with no indication of the contents on the outside label.
6. Damages, Lost & Missing Issues
energypouch.uk is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are taken care of.

Damaged on Arrival: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@energypouch.uk with a photo of the damaged goods and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement.

Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your safe place first. If it is still missing after 3 days, contact us so we can raise a claim with the courier.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may require you to pay the shipping cost to resend the item.
